Hi i was very apprehensive of going to the dentist after probably 40 years of neglect and DIY jobs the staff were friendly reassuring exalant and have took me on there books to sort some other tooth issues out now so would like to say a big thank you very much Rich

Friendly reception, dentist was very informative and explained what outcome should be expected. Treatment was more expensive than I anticipated.

My comment above was based on my first appointment when my requirements were assessed. The tricky root canal treatment I required has now been completed and I'm very impressed with the outcome. Madhu, my dentist, very skillfully removed an earlier filling and took great care to ensure the subsequent filling was successful. I needed three sessions to complete the treatment and was very impressed with Madhu, the dental nurses and Emma the receptionist. Thank you everyone.

Had three teeth removed today as part of my orthodontic journey and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it went.

From start to finish, the communication was fantastic. Emma was brilliant before and during the appointment — she answered every question I had and genuinely made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and straightforward.
Dr Allen was excellent. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and handled what turned out to be a bit of a workout (very long roots!) with real care and professionalism.
And a special mention to the wonderful nurse Gul — honestly the best dental nurse ever. Supportive, reassuring and made the whole experience that much easier.
Very grateful for such a professional and friendly team. Would highly recommend.

Lalitha and Abbey made a very nervous old man feel extremely at ease. The whole procedure was clearly explained and I was kept fully informed throughout. The difficult extraction was as described. There were pulls, tugs and breaks but it was all painless. A very professional operation.
